Q. 63 today, great playing. What went well for you out there today?
KEEGAN BRADLEY: Yeah, today was just one of those days when everything feels great. I hit the ball good, putted great, felt comfortable all day, which is rare. I felt really, really great out there.
Q. How rare is that?
KEEGAN BRADLEY: Ridiculous. I mean, yesterday I went out there and I was uncomfortable on every shot I hit. I don't know why. Even just like easy shots, easy chips, easy putts. Then today I felt really comfortable on every shot. That doesn't happen often.
Q. What do you think in terms of being here in this tournament, are you more comfortable here overall than you were earlier in your career?
KEEGAN BRADLEY: Yeah, definitely. It took me awhile to figure out how to play here in my home event and pressing and trying so hard. Now it's just about my 15th time and much more ready for the challenge, I guess you could say.
Q. When we lose the wind, and we have seen a history of this golf course, what does it take tomorrow?
KEEGAN BRADLEY: Oh, man, I mean, you're going to have to shoot something at least in the mid 60s, probably where I am, probably lower. But it's doable out here. When you play a course you got to make birdies it brings a different challenge. You can't have a stretch of 1-over par for seven holes or you lose a million shots. So in some aspects it's difficult just like a hard course would be.
Q. I wouldn't imagine you set a score in your mind at the start of the day, do you just kind of react to the moment?
KEEGAN BRADLEY: Yeah, I think, you know, I'll be a couple back at least, two or three back, which is a fun spot to be in. I'm going to have to go out and like I said, going to have to go out and shoot a low score. But you can do it around here. Just hit the ball in the fairway, take care of the par-5s and you can do it.
Q. I know it's a weird question, do you enjoy chasing more than being in the lead on Sunday?
KEEGAN BRADLEY: Well, I think it's certainly, it's easier, I guess. I got to go out there and get off to a good start, so sometimes that can be difficult. You just got to be patient and -- but there's birdies out there and you got to make 'em.
Q. Just in terms of tomorrow you'll be in the mix at your home event as Ryder Cup captain, just in general what will that kind of unique Sunday mean to you?
KEEGAN BRADLEY: Yeah, pretty strange. I sort of have come to this epiphany sort of that no one has ever experienced what I'm going through right now. Arnold Palmer did in 1962 I think it was, but for the most part captains are done playing or at the end of their career or playing the Champions Tour. So it's pretty cool, I'm experiencing something that not a lot of people have.
Q. Does that make you want to make sure you enjoy it tomorrow, even though you're going to compete your hardest, to take a moment to be like, this is pretty cool?
KEEGAN BRADLEY: I try to -- now I try to enjoy the moments more, look around a little more, look in the crowd, and I'll definitely do that tomorrow.
Q. Since we're now on I think nine months running of you hearing USA everywhere you are seen in public, do you listen to what else they say, because --do they say, Bring the cup home or do they say, Go play?
KEEGAN BRADLEY: They say all of it (laughing). It's funny, I try so hard to not think about playing, but they remind me every hole. Tomorrow's the year anniversary of getting the call for the Ryder Cup, so pretty crazy that we're a year out, but special day tomorrow, could be even better.
Q. (No Microphone.)
KEEGAN BRADLEY: Yeah, yeah.
