Q. Congratulations, semifinalists. Alice, we'll start with you. What was today like for you?
ALICE ZHAO: Well, in the quarterfinals match and today also, Angela basically made everything.
ANGELA ZHANG: No.
ALICE ZHAO: So I didn't really putt that much.
ANGELA ZHANG: But she made them when they count, yeah.
Q. Angela, we did see in the morning, in the round of 16, I think you shot on your own ball 31 on the front. You seem to like this course. You have the course record here. Why does is suit your game is a well?
ANGELA ZHANG: I think it's just I obviously know this course well because I've been playing it for a long time, and also it's really open and I just feel like I can attack and also just be more conservative when I need to.
It just kind of fits our game really well.
Q. Alice, after your big moment right here behind us yesterday did you have some extra confidence today that no matter where you were in the match you guys could come back?
ALICE ZHAO: Yeah. Kind of. Like today we were almost 2-down but we came back, yeah.
Q. Angela, one day away from the end of this basically. What's your mindset and how are you guys working so well together?
ANGELA ZHANG: I think our games just really worked so well together this week. Yeah, we're just really excited for what's in store tomorrow, and I think all of these past three matches just kind of taught us to never give up and just keep playing our game and see what happens.
Q. For both of you, you're making it quite far in a USGA championship. Getting a lot of texts or phone calls or social media messages from friends and family?
ANGELA ZHANG: A little bit.
ALICE ZHAO: Yeah.
Q. What type of people have you heard from?
ALICE ZHAO: Like, friends.
ANGELA ZHANG: Friends and like friends at home and then like family and stuff.
Q. Anything you guys will do differently tomorrow or is your game plan stick to the same thing?
ALICE ZHAO: Kind of the same thing.
ANGELA ZHANG: Yeah, just stick to the same thing. I think we've been playing well so far with what we've got, so...
