Q. All right, fellas, first out. Got a point on the board. How important was it to get some momentum for the team today?
PRESTON STOUT: I think it was huge, especially after yesterday, being a little behind. We kind of talked about it last night, we need to come out here and sweep every match this morning.
To be able to go out and get the first point on the board is huge, and walking around the course and seeing a bunch of red on the board was nice, too.
ETHAN FANG: Yeah, pretty much covered it all. Just getting that first point is big. Seeing the boys coming in, seeing that leaderboard, getting one done, just gives them more confidence.
You know, I think we're doing pretty good so far.
Q. You played well this morning and I know you guys play a lot together. What's it like when he gets dialed in like this?
ETHAN FANG: Yeah, you know, you know of when he's in a groove. That shot on 13 was -- soon as he hit it I was like, yeah, that's going to be good.
So, yeah, I mean, you can kind of know when he's in a groove and he was in a groove today. We got it done.
Q. How about the shot on 13? That thing almost went in.
PRESTON STOUT: Yeah, it was really good. Best of the week for sure. Yeah, after I saw him hit it right, you know, I knew it was time to step up and hit a shot. Especially had a lot of momentum coming off the last hole making eagle on top of our birdie.
Yeah, I think it was a big shot, big momentum for us.
