Q. Such good composure all day. How did you bring that to the table today?
JACK WHALEY: Well, I think after the start we had today we knew we needed to do something.
I was with Dean a lot today and we were just talking about it and we were just saying how we need to be firing on all cylinders this afternoon and doing whatever we can to win these matches. Be a gritty as we can and grind it out.
Fortunate enough I hit the ball really well today, so just got it done.
Q. How important was that turnaround on No. 3?
JACK WHALEY: Oh, absolutely. Really wasn't expecting that, but the hole is never dead until it's actually done, so I just knew I had to put the pressure on him. I knew it was a little bit of a downhill putt for him, but just I think it was just more of an unfortunate one.
Yeah, it was kind of big turning point and get the match going.
