Q. All right, Hannah, second day in a row no bogeys on the card. Just take me through what was going well for you today.
HANNAH GREEN: Yeah, hit a lot of greens again today, which was nice. Actually missed the last green from like 50 meters, which was quite silly.
Just, yeah, felt really good. Didn't hit as many fairways as yesterday. Like today I missed few left, but managed to get it sorted come the back nine.
Just felt more comfortable out there.
Q. Definitely some nice birdies on the card. What were some of the highlights for you out there?
HANNAH GREEN: Yeah, I guess the second hole of the day I had a two-foot putt for birdie, so that's always nice to have a somewhat tap-in.
Made another good par putt on the par-3 6th, and I don't know, just felt a lot more confident in my reads. Even yesterday I felt confident, but today I still felt confident, which is nice.
Gave myself a lot of opportunities and also missed a lot of opportunities. I'm hoping that I can continue to have a nice round. It's hard to back up 9-under, so I'm pleased with 5.
Q. I was going to say, yesterday you were talking about looking back on memories like Portland, like KPMG. I mean, how much did a round like yesterday just spark something in you to go out and continue that momentum?
HANNAH GREEN: Yeah, I feel like I've been playing well all year but I really haven't shot low numbers, so to have that kind of just makes me feel good. Like I'm doing the right thing and working on the right things.
Yeah, hopefully not just this week, but the rest of the year I can continue to, yeah, believe in myself and have some good results.
Q. These finishing holes are quite unique. We don't get ending the way we usually end on tour with the way we end here at Highland Meadows. How crucial is it to take advantage of those par-5s?
HANNAH GREEN: Yeah, absolutely. Especially they put us forward on 17, so I would say most of us could have gone for it in two today; so making a 4 there is important.
But also just getting the tee shot on 18 right. I hit a good shot; just went through the fairway into the bunker so I was forced to layup.
So, yeah, making sure that you're in the fairway is really important. It's kind of fun to have back-to-back par-5s. It means for some of us that might be behind that we have an opportunity to try and get back up there.
So, yeah, hopefully tomorrow I play them well.
Q. One day to go. Some rain in the forecast. Not as crazy as last year hopefully. Definitely some rain.
HANNAH GREEN: Yes.
Q. What do you prep in your mind as you head into tomorrow?
HANNAH GREEN: Yeah, actually had a look at the forecast and it said like storms and things and I was like, oh, gosh, is this legitimate a repeat of last year. I was like, well, I need to go low today.
But I'm fine playing in the rain. I feel like it actually helps me a little bit because it slows me down. I feel like sometimes I can get a bit too quick and like rush with the decision making.
Hopefully the clubs stay dry, I stay somewhat dry, and we get all of the holes in.
