Q. All right, I'm here with Yuka after her third round at the Ford Championship. A lot of different colors on the scorecard today. Can you talk about how you kind of played through the conditions out here.
YUKA SASO: Yeah, the conditions were obviously a lot different compared to first two days. Lots of wind, you know, three clubs difference on some holes.
Still I think I played okay with the wind. Controlled myself out there. Didn't have a lot of misses.
So I think it was a good day.
Q. And how would you compare your front nine to your back nine?
YUKA SASO: I think it was pretty similar: Up and down. So, yeah.
Q. Was there any part of your game that you felt like really helped carry you through the day or saved you?
YUKA SASO: I think not having a lot of misses overall. I think that helped a bit.
Q. Is there anything you like about this golf course?
YUKA SASO: Reachable par-5s.
Q. How are you taking advantage of those par-5s this week?
YUKA SASO: You know, trying to hit a good drive, and, you know, hit the second shot, put it on the green, and make putts.
Q. You're just one shot back right now from the top of the leaderboard. What are your thoughts going into tomorrow being that close?
YUKA SASO: Just focus on what I have to do I guess. Not to look too far ahead. Take it shot by shot and, yeah, enjoy the game.
Q. Is there anything you're saying to yourself while you're playing to keep yourself in the moment?
YUKA SASO: I feel like you can't go back to the same moment, the same exact moment, so take all the moment into you and enjoy the moment, because I don't think you'll be able to go back to that exact moment.
I think just playing on the LPGA Tour and having that chance, it's pretty precious.
Q. Anything you worked on with your caddie too so that he can help you stay in the moment? Any reminders or anything like that?
YUKA SASO: Yeah, just listen to my caddie and just hit whatever he says (laughter.)
Q. Is there anything he told you today to kind of calm you down throughout your round?
YUKA SASO: Yeah. Yeah. He was just saying that, you know, try to hit the fairways, hit the greens, and not to look too far ahead. Just focus on every shot and commit to it.
Q. What would it mean to you to get another win out here on the LPGA?
YUKA SASO: That would be great.
Q. Is there a reason why it would be great?
YUKA SASO: Because it's is hard to win here on the LPGA. It's the best tour in women's golf, so I think it would feel great to win another one.
But we'll see.
