Q. All right, Linnea, maybe not the ideal start, but the way you were able to finish on back nine was one extremely great round. Talk me through the second day.

LINNEA STROM: Yeah, I mean, didn't really have the front nine that I expected to have today, but I think I just told myself, you know, had a birdie on 9 so gave me some momentum.

I told myself I love this place. I love being here. I played great here last year; finished second. I think I just told myself that I know there is lots of birdie opportunities out there. Yeah, and then came on a birdie streak, birdied 10, 11, 12.

After that it was pretty relaxing. Just kept giving myself good opportunities out there, so, yeah, very fun.

Q. Would you say 9 was kind of the hole where it felt like everything was clicking for you or was there a moment or putt that you really felt the momentum kick up?

LINNEA STROM: Yeah, I would say 9 or maybe the putt on 10. That was a good birdie. I mean, I didn't think I played bad on the front nine; it was just a little bit like had a three putt on the third hole. It was not ideal.

But I think I just told myself just to continue to do what I've been doing both yesterday and today, and then hopefully I'll be in a good position going into tomorrow.

Q. How much do you think about your second place last year when you're back in this community and back on a course that's suited you well?

LINNEA STROM: I mean, a little bit here and there. I think just like generally having a good feeling coming back here even before last year. I think I had a couple Top 10s. I think it's just one of those places I'm very comfortable. I think the course suits my game.

Obviously a bit more challenging this week. We usually don't have this wind. Yesterday were a lot of leaves flying around on the putting greens.

So I don't mind playing in the wind, so I think I just accepted the challenge and the conditions and just tried to put it at ease and score out there yesterday, which I did. Happy about that.

Q. Also to breakthrough the fog that was yesterday morning. Definitely some different conditions last year. After the season you've had where you've been inside the winner's circle, will you draw on an experience like that to continue this rise up the leaderboard heading into the final day tomorrow?

LINNEA STROM: Yeah, for sure. I think I'll go into tomorrow a little bit more confidence knowing I can win out here and knowing also that I love this place.

So, just really look forward to tomorrow and just try and hole as many putts as possible.
