Q. Carnoustie last year, has that helped you prepare for this stretch this year? You finished top 10 last year?
LEONIE HARM: Yeah, Carnoustie was obviously fantastic to actually know, okay, if I do bring my most efficient scoring out there, there's really -- I'm good enough and it's also believing that you technically could.
Having that as a fundamental mindset, links golf also favours my game, hitting a lot of low golf shots, taking the high flops, whatever, out of play.
So sure, good week, good scores, helps your confidence and moves you forward. But this course is not much like Carnoustie in particular. It's a new challenge and I'm just excited.
Q. We spoke about Alex, your caddie, how much he's been helping you. You have more of a partnership and what has he been like on this course?
LEONIE HARM: Alex is huge, tall, and a huge help. Just having someone who is like by your side and goes through the good and the bad.
Sure, we've made two bad decisions out there, one was like, we could see this coming and the other surprised us. Other than that, you know, you can double-check you see and make sure you confirm whatever and it gives you so much more confidence going into the shot knowing this is actually the right decision because I tend to be slightly emotional.
And then sometimes when I get like in the heat of the moment, I may be like, oh no, I can get my 9-iron nowhere close and be like this is the number we have to clear and it helps you to stay in the moment and to be more convinced at the decisions you take are the right decisions and just roll with it.
