Q. Finished top five in the tournament. How ask that feel and can you summarise your round?
LYDIA KO: I feel like I wasn't able to get things going over this weekend. Never really got off to like a good momentum.
Overall I played really solid. Even the last couple days, hit a couple not-so-good shots, but other than that, it was -- I feel like there were a lot of good things, and like I said, sometimes when you get in a good rhythm of things, you're able to keep it going.
But I just was never on that train on this weekend but hopefully this is a good momentum for next week.
Q. This is your sixth top five finish season. What's your mindset going into next week?
LYDIA KO: Yeah, I haven't had the greatest I think track record at The Open. So I'm excited for Muirfield. Obviously it's the first time that the women's championship is there, so it's a pretty historic venue and historic championship.
I'm excited. I've heard a lot of great things about it. Seen it on TV. So I'm excited to go play. It's going to be pretty different to here even though they are both links. So just enjoy it, and see what happens at the end of next week.
Q. And what's been your favourite thing about the week? I know you stayed on site. Any holes in particular that you really enjoyed?
LYDIA KO: I played the par 3 4th really well. I made like three birdies and just lipped-out for a birdie today. So it was probably, I would say, my favourite hole.
But you know, I think I played a lot better this time an the last couple times played here, so I'm leaving with good memories and I think this is a golf course where if you make birdies, you can kind of get on that momentum.
So yeah, I'm trying to take the positives and move on to next week.
Q. It's confirmed that we are coming back here next year. How excited are you to stay on site?
LYDIA KO: Yes, if we can stay on site it's another bonus and reason to come. It's not often that you can stay on the golf course. We do it at a few of the domestic events as well but it's like so time efficient. It's nice to kind of be able to come out and do some extra practise or just take it pretty slow.
Excited and hopefully another fun time in Scotland, and I think the last couple times we've had pretty decent weather, so hopefully the weather God is kind to us next week.
