Q. Second round here at the ISPS Handa Women's Scottish Open. Bogey-free on the day. What went into that?
LAUREN COUGHLIN: Yeah, I mean just staying super patient. I mean, obviously executing and hitting really great golf shots. Judging the wind really good and making some putts.
Q. What's been kind of the secret to navigating this win? Obviously a little gustier than even yesterday's conditions were.
LAUREN COUGHLIN: Yeah, I think it took me awhile yesterday to get kind of a feel for how much the ball was going to move and today I kind of just tried to stop fighting it and was just trusting my lines and where I needed to start it, and then after that, just it is what it is.
Q. Just two more. After your win in Canada, how have you been able to carry that momentum into these last couple weeks?
LAUREN COUGHLIN: Yeah, I think, you know, I felt just obviously amazing after the win. But I feel like I still want to do it again and so I'm thinking about bigger goals and honestly just feeling super grateful and just trying to keep doing what I'm doing and obviously it was working. So I'm just not really changing anything.
Q. And just what's going to be the mindset heading into the weekend?
LAUREN COUGHLIN: Staying super patient. It's going to be really windy I think all weekend, too.
So just again, just staying super patient. Not getting too upset in the wind does something that I don't expect it to or anything like that. If I can do that, maybe make a few putts, we'll see where we are on Sunday.
