Q. All right here with Ayaka Furue after her third round of the AmazingCre Portland Classic. How have you been limiting mistakes out here this week?
AYAKA FURUE: It's very important to play bogey-free golf. I believe it's more important than getting birdies, not having bogeys.
So I'm very happy with that today.
Q. Awesome. You're now sitting at the top. Did that change your mentality for tomorrow? Going to be more aggressive or more safe?
AYAKA FURUE: My mentality will not change. Keep playing as I've been playing. If I see a chance I'll try to get a birdie; try to make safe pars all the time.
Q. What have you learned from the course in the past few days that you hope to take into tomorrow?
AYAKA FURUE: Nothing in particular.
Q. Nothing. Okay. Fine, I'll reword it. What's your favorite part of the course? You like the fast greens, the tight fairways? What do you like about this course?
AYAKA FURUE: It's not a very long course. It suits me, and the fairways are narrow, so it makes me concentrate on my tee shots.
Q. Last question: How do you sort of keep the nerves under control as a rookie being in the lead group? How do you manage all of that?
AYAKA FURUE: I don't get too nervous but I want to play my own game and see hoe it goes.
