Q. Okay, here with Linn Grant. Another really solid round here. Is there anything about this course that is just working for you this week?
LINN GRANT: Well, I like it. I like the way it looks from the tee boxes. I get a good feeling when I walk up on tees. Grass is very similar to home so I get kind of a home feeling. I think that's always a good thing.
So that and also being able to just kind of hit the numbers and get the ball to stop and spin back. It's quite soft out there. I think that's to my advantage.
Q. We were just talking about you playing with Charley. She's also been shooting some great numbers here. Has that been pumping you up at all? I know she's be your teammate in a few weeks' time?
LINN GRANT: Yeah, I think we had a great time. We got know each other a little bit more. Obviously she plays great. It's always great to have someone, one or two, that you can play with, kind of go back and forth with the birdies and push each other a little bit more.
It's been really fun and I'm really looking forward to being on the same team as her.
Q. Lots of birdies on the card. Any stick out to you as being like really impressive for you?
LINN GRANT: I don't know. Just like yesterday, just kind of feeling like every hole is an opportunity and kind of not get bummed out when I don't get the birdies, hole the putts.
But it's a lot of chances, which is fun. I really just enjoy going out and playing. Really looking forward to tomorrow's round.
Q. Last question before I pass it over: Did you transition at all in your game, your mind, when you had a very dry day today compared to the very wet conditions yesterday?
LINN GRANT: Obviously nicer to play today when the sun is out. I think yesterday, like getting to shoot like a minus-7 yesterday was a huge advantage. It's not always very easy when it rains.
I just tried to really take that advantage and continue that for today. I think I did that quite well.
Q. Since your win at the Dana you haven't finished outside of the top 20 in the LPGA, and once again you're inside that here. What in your game in particular has keyed this run?
LINN GRANT: I think I'm overall very solid. Like even though I have an off day, like I don't put too much pressure on myself. I know that every day is not going to be a perfect day on the putting green or a perfect day (indiscernible.)
Every day is a new day. I might wake up tomorrow and not have a swing, but I just have to go out and make it work, and I think I'm pretty good at making work even on the days I don't feel like I got it.
Q. That's a mentality that a lot of the veterans wrestle to earn. At what point in your playing career did you recognize that?
LINN GRANT: Wow. I don't know. I just think that kind of depends on how you want to be as a player as well. I think some players you're going to have more wins and they're going to be out here and be up and down.
I feel like to me, the challenge for me is to really -- I feel good if I can every week be inside the top 10, being very consistent even on the weeks that I'm not having my A-game.
To everyone that's not something they care about.
