Q. Another bogey-free day. Great week I would imagine.
JODI EWART SHADOFF: Yeah.
Q. Have to be feeling good.
JODI EWART SHADOFF: Yeah, I feel like I really turned the corner on my putting this week. I holed some great putts today for par and just a really steady week.
Glad to string three really good rounds together. The conditions weren't easy and greens were not easy, so, yeah, very happy.
Q. Can you comment on how challenging this course can play? It is probably the shortest course on tour, but it definitely plays challenging.
JODI EWART SHADOFF: Yeah, it is one of the shortest, but most challenging because of the wind, and the greens can get kind of -- with the poana late in the day they're hard to read.
So the wind was slightly different today, so that made it challenging and more interesting, yeah.
Q. You're a veteran so I would imagine you you let the golf handle itself over a season. But to jump inside the top 100 and to not have to worry about that kind of stuff down the stretch and position yourself comfortably, is that a relief, even if you don't look at the CME rankings?
JODI EWART SHADOFF: Yeah, I'm really trying hard not to think about that right now. I'm just trying to take each tournament, each shot as it comes and kind of let all that handle itself.
But obviously to get top 10 this week is kind of relieving. I've been working really hard both on my game and on my mental game, so it's nice to see it finally paying off.
Q. When you can have two tournaments in the same state, does it make things a little easier in terms of carrying some momentum forward?
JODI EWART SHADOFF: Yeah.
Q. Because you don't have to worry about all the travel and everything that comes with the week-to-week?
JODI EWART SHADOFF: Yeah, absolutely, and I've played next week's course before so I kind of know what to expect. Great golf course, very challenging. I feel like my game is trending in the right direction for that kind of challenge.
It's nice just to drive a couple hours up the road and not have to go to an airport great away. I can chill here for the night.
Q. What about the course makes it maybe exciting for -- or what are you looking forward to about playing Mountain Ridge?
JODI EWART SHADOFF: Honestly, it depends how the course is set up. It can be pretty long. It's undulating. Greens are tough. A lot of run-offs around the greens.
So I think putting is going to be the key, which I'm feeling very confident after this week, so that's good for the confidence.
But overall it's a new tournament, new week, so I'm just going to go in and try to do what I did this week.
