Q. Here with Albane Valenzuela coming off her second round to the ShopRite LPGA Classic presented by Acer. Another really solid round today. I know you finished 1-under yesterday. How do you sort of build off what you learned the first day to achieve 6-under today?
ALBANE VALENZUELA: Yeah, I've been playing really solid for a while and I just felt very comfortable with my game. I think yesterday I actually got little bit trick because I was hitting my irons much further than I expected, sometime five to ten yards, and just today readjusting and making some solid putts.
Little bit bummed with how I finished at the end just not making that eagle one, but overall very happy with my game and the way I played today.
Q. I know you didn't make the eagle on 18, but you had a birdie there today and yesterday. How are you liking that Aon Risk Reward hole?
ALBANE VALENZUELA: Yeah, love that hole. I mean, I like playing par-5s really aggressive, and yesterday I had a 5-iron, today I had a 4-hybrid. So just try to commit to the shot and just go somewhere on the green, and today it turned out to be a really good shot.
It's always fun to have reachable par-5s.
Q. Just quickly, how were conditions out there and how were they different or the same from yesterday basically?
ALBANE VALENZUELA: I thought that yesterday played tough, especially in the afternoon. I mean, I had some wedges that I could just not hold on the greens, whereas today played a little bit softer.
So definitely took a little bit of adjustment, you know, playing a little bit more aggressive today, which I think gave me more birdie looks.
Overall it's a solid golf course. You still had to hit good shots.
And then greens being poana it's a little bit unexpected, but if you roll them well you can still have chances for birdie.
Q. I know you played ShopRite last year; missed the cut. How does it feel to see your name at the top of the leaderboard today?
ALBANE VALENZUELA: Last year I think I had a bad first round and then shot 4-under the second day, so I know I had the birdies out here. And during the pro-am I played -- I think I had eight birdies or something, so I knew I could make the birdies.
My game feels in a completely different place than last year. So mentally I feel great, I feel physically really good, so just happy to be out here again and different person.
