THE MODERATOR: Alongside Anna Nordqvist making a Sunday charge today up the leaderboard. You started the day six strokes back of the lead. What was your strategy to start this final round?
ANNA NORDQVIST: Well, it's just been so windy all week, and getting to the range today I knew it was going to be really windy, so I was just trying to be friends with the wind today. It was blowing really hard out there.
So just hit a lot of good shots. I feel like it's been steady all week. Yesterday I came off the course 2-under par, but I think (indiscernible), so it was really close to being really good.
So today I'm really proud of myself for staying in there and made a couple of really good putts. I think that was the biggest difference.
Also hitting some really good shots because, I mean, on 13 I think I had 130 yards and I'm hitting a full 7-iron, and I hit a good 5-iron into 15 too. So overall just really proud of myself.
THE MODERATOR: You're on pace to pick up your best finish of the season ending this finish on a high note. What was the difference here this week?
ANNA NORDQVIST: Yeah. It's been a really tough year for me. Struggled a lot mentally and physically. I've had a lot of good people close to me believing in me when I didn't really believe in myself. I think they have seen a lot of good things. They've seen a lot of the hard work that I've put in.
I mean, it's definitely been hard. I feel like I posted a lot of tournaments and maybe three good rounds and not quite there. Definitely means a lot to be able to hit the shots today. This wind (indiscernible).
In general it was just such a great feeling seeing the putt on the last go in. Really looking forward to offseason now and the break.
