Q. All right, here with Amy Yang today after a 3-under round; now 6-under total. Climbing up the leaderboard slowly but surely. As the defending champion how have you felt on this course the past few days?
AMY YANG: I mean, the course is playing a little different. Some of the tee boxes are longer than last year, and last year we hit a lot of greens so it was playing soft.
It's getting firmer out there with the wind. Different, different, but I'm happy to be back. You know, this is one of my favorite golf courses.
Q. I know the wind has definitely picked up, as we said. How important is it to just keep shooting a low score each day rather than just trying to go low out there?
AMY YANG: I mean, yeah, especially like towards the like end of my front nine and all rest of my back nine wind really picked up. The condition was getting firmer and greens were getting faster so it was getting tougher.
That means it's going to be easier to make mistakes out there, and it's very important to just keep focused and do your best at the time what you can do, yeah.
I think that's very important.
Q. Heading into moving day tomorrow, what are some of those goals for Saturday to try and keep yourself in contention?
AMY YANG: Just do my best, you know. And I hear the weather will be colder tomorrow and I'm assuming it's going to be another windy day. That means patience is one of the key to play well.
So let's see.
