Q. What a great turnaround on your up-and-down, the first nine. Can you talk about how you steadied the ship to par out on the last nine and also your front nine which included an eagle?
CELINE BOUTIER: Yeah, I didn't really have the best of starts. I missed a few greens on the front nine and had a few bogeys, and then had a chip-in on No. 8 to get me back to even, and then I kind of scrambled from there. I definitely anything like that my long game was definitely not as good as yesterday but I was able to save a lot of pars.
Q. How proud are you to be able to react like that on a day when things aren't going right, and you've stayed up there and not let your score slide?
CELINE BOUTIER: Yeah, I feel there's definitely some positives about today, but still frustrating because I feel like my game was so different and not where it needs to be. But I'm happy to have another chance at it tomorrow.
Q. And the conditions before the rain was windy and it sort of stopped, was it quite difficult to judge everything?
CELINE BOUTIER: I was definitely grateful that it was not as windy for 17. It was a tough par three, and add the wind to it, it's not easy.
You just have to be a little bit more adaptive to the conditions, and the greens are more receptive at the end, but I'm happy to get the round done today.
Q. Still bunched up at the top of the leaderboard and good place going into tomorrow.
CELINE BOUTIER: Yeah, I think so. What I had in mind to have a shot at it and hopefully tomorrow will have a better round.
Q. Can you tell us what you're doing tonight?
CELINE BOUTIER: Yes, I'm very excited to be able to go to the Taylor Swift concert in Singapore tonight, so I think it's going to be a nice way to kind of relax, have some fun and hopefully be in a good mood for tomorrow.
Q. Have you ever been to a concert in the middle of a tournament before?
CELINE BOUTIER: I did go at Chevron last year, and I'm happy to go again. I didn't play too bad the last round. So hopefully she gives me good vibes.
Q. Can you talk us through that shot and what your thought process was?
CELINE BOUTIER: Yeah, I think I had about a 30- or 35-yard chip from the right side of the green, and I had a lot of pin to work with and was kind of slipping down. Yeah, kind of slipping right-to-left as well and when I hit it, I was kind of a bit weird it was going to run a little bit too much. But just ended up hitting the face and went in. It was a very nice surprise.
Q. Did you think after the eagle your game was going to change a bit and you would make more birdies?
CELINE BOUTIER: I was hoping that it was going to be a little bit of momentum shift for me, but it didn't really happen unfortunately. But I'm happy I was able to save a few pars on the back.
Q. Do you have a favourite Taylor Swift song?
CELINE BOUTIER: Not really. I think a like a few. It depends on what mood I'm in to be honest but she has kind of all over the place, so when you're happy and you want something else, or you're sad and want to cry, you want something else.
Q. So you're a Swifty?
CELINE BOUTIER: I thought I was, and when I went to the concert last time, everybody knew every lyric to every song, and I felt like I wasn't a Swifty. I think I'm in the middle.
Q. What are the greens like today?
CELINE BOUTIER: I think they were a little bit more soft and receptive at the end. But the front nine was about the same as the past two days.
Q. And how did you putt?
CELINE BOUTIER: My putting was not the problem today. So it was good.
Q. Did the rain change things?
CELINE BOUTIER: I mean, it was definitely tougher condition to play and having to hit shots and stuff like that in the rain. I mean, thankfully it was only for one hole, really, 1 1/2, so it wasn't too bad.
