Q. Here with Emily Kristine Pedersen. Nice day, 5-under 67. Put yourself in the mix heading into moving day and the rest of the weekend. Just walk me through your back nine. Had a couple back-to-back birdies, couple birdies, and couple more back-to-back birdies.
EMILY KRISTINE PEDERSEN: Yeah, I think just I was struggling a bit on the greens on the front nine, but feeling comfortable on them, and then Mikey said to me, just at least commit to the line you pick instead of just trying to figure everything out.
Then I holed a few good putts and then hit some good shots following up with that, and then just, yeah, played some more solid golf on the back nine.
Q. Getting off to this kind of start this year so far, what does that tell you about how your game is trending, especially after the off-season, kind of a long one, and trying to get ready?
EMILY KRISTINE PEDERSEN: Yeah, obviously it means we been working on the right things. I still think there is a few things to work on. I think it's helped that I've moved to Florida, so obviously I've been able to play a bit more on the same conditions as we play as. Like normally I'm in Denmark indoors and not chipping or putting for three, four months.
So I think that has definitely made a difference.
Q. Where are you playing out of in Florida?
EMILY KRISTINE PEDERSEN: Tequesta.
Q. Playing out here this week, grainy bermuda, how much have you noticed that change in location really help you?
EMILY KRISTINE PEDERSEN: I'm still trying to figure out bermuda I think, but definitely having a few weeks on it has helped I think just trying to understand how it works. I'm still solving that puzzle, but hopefully I'll get there.
Q. Pretty solid 2022. I know probably looking for a little bit more from yourself, but overall pretty good year. What are you bringing with you from last year into this year?
EMILY KRISTINE PEDERSEN: Yeah, I feel like especially towards the end of last year I was in contention quite a few times after the first two rounds but couldn't quite get it done on the weekend, so I'm hoping that being in that situation more and more can help me perform better on the weekends, and then hopefully get a few more results than did I last year.
Q. Assuming hoping that experience pays off this weekend.
EMILY KRISTINE PEDERSEN: Yes, always.
