Q. Lilia, huge congratulations. You are the champion of the Honda LPGA Thailand. Put that into words. How does that make you feel?
LILIA VU: Honestly, yesterday I was thinking -- my dad was telling me one good round tomorrow and I could win. That's all I kept thinking about.
And basically today I basically just blacked out and tried to birdie every single hole. If I didn't, just move on and try again.
Got into the scoring tent and didn't know what I shot. I just knew I made a lot of birdies and I was going to try my best, and that's happened.
Q. Amazing. When you saw the weather today, did you think, that's a good thing, that gives you a chance to shoot a low number and it makes it tougher for the person in the lead?
LILIA VU: For some reason I always like a little bit of wind. I feel like I could score really well and that's when it's like the biggest jump up; it really showed today.
Q. Coming down the stretch there, 16, 17, 18, really brave up and downs. 18 wasn't easy. The one at 17, talk to me about that.
LILIA VU: Yeah, I feel like 17 wasn't really my friend this week. I feel like every single day I was trying to get up and down, and I had a bogey on one of the days.
Yesterday I also didn't do well on that hole, so I wanted to get my revenge on 17. Still haven't. Maybe next year.
Q. Just finally, after last week, heartbreak for you last week coming down the last, tied for the lead. Did you feel like you were due this one because you had been there and thereabouts, finally time you got over the line?
LILIA VU: Yeah, I always want to win when I'm out here. I'm sure everybody wants to, too. I knew I was going to win. It was just when.
Every single time I don't, even when I'm close, in contention, I know it's going to happen, and I just wanted it allow it to happen and it finally did.
Q. How are you going to celebrate?
LILIA VU: I have no idea at all.
