Q. Sei Young, you said the first three days you were going to be conservative, take care of the score, and then maybe change it this weekend. How did you change it today?
SEI YOUNG KIM: I mean, I thought just aggressive play this weekend, but green speed really fast and then greens are really firmer, so I think today par is the best, so I tried to make par, par. Par can win the hole that, so, yeah, strategy, it works today.
Q. You've had success in match play in the past going back quite a ways on the LPGA Tour. What is it about this format that you like?
SEI YOUNG KIM: It's tough because of the three days we have to make the top eight. It's tough to me. Well, all the players same thing.
So, yeah, if you make the weekend it's going to be more fun. Yeah, we just playoff, don't think much, it's more simple play. Yeah, it's fun to play.
Q. You played very steady golf today to get the win. How surprised were you that maybe the challenge from Rose wasn't as strong as we maybe thought?
SEI YOUNG KIM: I mean, the second round we got the -- I played afternoon and it was gusting winds though, and yesterday also the strong winds. I feel like I'm getting used to how to control the wind, so it's way the play goes.
Yeah, Rose play good but she's got the cold early morning. Yeah, she's kind of little struggle with that. Yeah, but we play good each other. I like her, yeah.
