Quick Quotes

Q. What a great second round here. Bogey-free. How do you feel after the bogey-free round today?

WICHANEE MEECHAI: I'm pretty proud of myself. I save a lot of like par putts and I hit it pretty good today. Yeah, so I'm quite proud today.

Q. All around game is looking great, or is there anything that's really working for you out there?

WICHANEE MEECHAI: Right now I try to like more focus on my putt a lot and just hit it in the fairway, like give myself a chance. That's it.

Q. Not many players are going super low. What is about this course that prevents players from doing that?

WICHANEE MEECHAI: I think the green was pretty firm. It's so hard to put it close, you know. Yeah, so that's why.

I'm lucky that I made a lot of putts. Yeah, the score is pretty good.

Q. Some fans are back out here. How is it to have that support and hear the fans cheer?

WICHANEE MEECHAI: Actually, like honestly, it feels so weird like first day. Like, you know, we been no fan for a year and a half probably. Yeah, I feel great actually.

Q. Does it help with you the momentum?

WICHANEE MEECHAI: Yeah, yeah.

Q. And what are you looking forward to doing in the next couple days? Do you have a goal?

WICHANEE MEECHAI: Probably the same thing, like work on my putt, not think about the outcome.

Q. Are you at all thinking about the Olympics this year?

WICHANEE MEECHAI: Oh, I haven't thinking about it at all. If I have a chance, you know, I will be proud. Yeah.
