Q. Were there adjustments that you made knowing it was going to be a windy day today?
JESSICA KORDA: I had no idea it was going to be a windy day today. I walked my dog Charlie this morning and I was like, oh, it's kind of cold and kind of windy.
You know, it was quite a shock because the last three days we've been out here it's been super calm and warm. It's like the three practice rounds we played were absolutely worthless.
Q. So as you were around the golf course how do you feel it played differently today than in practice rounds?
JESSICA KORDA: First of all, you're trying to figure out the carries. Obviously being a lot cooler in the morning than it has been the last couple days, that was an adjustment.
And then the wind, just trying to figure out how much it's going to affect it. We had to idea if it was playing 10 yards, 15, 20 at some point, and then it kind of died down at the end and played less.
There was definitely a lot guessing. My caddie was like, I feel like I'm walking off 18 at a major, so definitely tough out there.
