Q. Joined by Hyo Joo Kim. Hyo Joo, leader once again for the third straight day. Talk about your round today?
HYO JOO KIM: Today was a lot chillier than the last two days and definitely windier too, so maybe because of that I made a few mistakes early on. But I saw the leaderboard and it seemed like everyone else was feeling the same difficulty as me. I did my best get a birdie in holes that yielded birdie chances.
Q. Found yourself two over on your round. What went into your play or what was going through your mind as you came back to finish the round as well as you did?
HYO JOO KIM: Carding two bogeys wasn’t a good start for my momentum but I tried to not to look at the leaderboard much. I focused on creating birdie opportunities and making sure I converted them.
Q. The wind played a huge factor this morning. We've seen it in all the scores today. How do you navigate the wind or what did you do to adjust?
HYO JOO KIM: I’m not sure
Q. How comfortable do you feel heading into tomorrow, especially with a five-stroke lead?
HYO JOO KIM: In the back nine, I think my shots came back and was able to end with a good score so I hope to continue that momentum tomorrow.
Q. What would it mean to you to get a wire-to wire-win, especially after Hae Ran did it last week in Arkansas?
HYO JOO KIM: Oh, you’re right. I didn’t even think of that. I’m sure as I’m playing tomorrow, the thought of winning will pop up in my head. But I just want to do my best to play the way that I’m satisfied with and the way that I want to.
Q. What's the mindset as you head into tomorrow?
HYO JOO KIM: Not sure what the weather will be like tomorrow, will find out when tomorrow comes. But I do think I have to play better than today and not lose my focus until the end.
