Q. Here with Team Sugar and Spice. We got it right this time. An outstanding best ball day between the two of you. Emma, I want to go through what are some of the highlights you saw out there?
EMMA TALLEY: Jodi, again, she killed it. It was a good day, and I think thankfully our good holes were on different holes and our bad holes were on different holes, which always helps.
She made a lot of putts today. We kind of tried to keep joking around that we were going to thief each other of a birdie. It was a fun day out there, and hopefully tomorrow is another good day.
Q. Jodi, you two going back and forth with some birdies there, especially on the front nine, what was working well for the two of you on that stretch?
JODI EWART SHADOFF: Like Emma said, we were just making birdies on opposite holes, which always helps. Just making some putts, and, yeah, it was -- we just had a lot of fun out there, so I think that really helps.
Q. It feels like you were just at the course a little bit ago because we finished so late yesterday, but what was it like jumping back between the formats again, Emma? We've seen this the last two years, but sometimes it can really be a hassle to think about and change the way you go about your strategy.
EMMA TALLEY: I think like I said yesterday, us being able to play last year together, we kind of feel more comfortable out there together.
We both didn't hit it as far today as we did yesterday. We think we were a bit tired from the big turnaround.
But like she said, it was a fun day out there. Pretty easy, actually, which is always nice. The last two days have been pretty easy. Two more easy days would be good.
Q. When you think about some of these holes and the birdies that you saw, Jodi, what were some of the highlights to you?
JODI EWART SHADOFF: I can't even --
EMMA TALLEY: I'll answer this. I thought -- what's this par-3?
Q. 18.
EMMA TALLEY: No, no, no.
JODI EWART SHADOFF: Oh, yeah, 13.
EMMA TALLEY: 6. 13.
JODI EWART SHADOFF: 13.
EMMA TALLEY: 13. I hit first because I hit a fade, so we had a little strategy going. I hit mine in the middle of the green. She went for it and hit it to five feet and made the putt.
I think that was really cool, and made a couple of putts on the front nine. Big clutch putts. Yeah, it was --
JODI EWART SHADOFF: We started really well again. I made birdie on the first hole, and I think it's just really important to see the momentum started really early. Yeah, it was a good start.
Q. All right. Switching back to foursomes again tomorrow. What's kind of the game plan that you took away from yesterday that you hope to continue on into tomorrow?
EMMA TALLEY: Just have fun. I think keeping being us. I'm going to hit the range for a minute, and, yeah, get ready to get some rest and have some fun on the weekend.
Q. Jodi, what walk-up song will we be expecting tomorrow?
JODI EWART SHADOFF: We are doing "This Girl" by Kungs. Light summer dance.
EMMA TALLEY: You know I'll be dancing all over her. (Laughing).
Q. Love to see it. Great job today, ladies.
