Q. So there's clearly been a progression this week. I mean, it comes today. Can you tell us a little bit about your round today and how things worked out?
LYDIA KO: Yeah, for most parts it was solid. I just hit a couple loose shots that cost the double and the bogey. Other than that, I felt like I played more solid today than yesterday.
It was still a lot of good golf, so try and focus on that. You know, hopefully finish the championship well tomorrow.
Q. Feels like there is a few things that connect you with that tournament. The fact that you won before, your connection with Rolex.
LYDIA KO: Yeah, this is where I had my first major win, and then I've been a Rolex ambassador, part of the Rolex family, since I turned pro.
So I feel like I'm playing for them. They have the Rolex tent up there by 16. They're rooting for all of us. At one point I was also an Evian ambassador as well.
Yeah, every time I come here Franck and Jacques and Arnaud and everybody at Rolex also support me. I only get to see them pretty much once a year, especially the Evian guys. They always say very supportive things to me, so I hope I can play well for them. I feel very grateful that every time I come back they're rooting for me and excited to see us all out here.
Q. You clearly like the tournament. How much do you like the golf course and what's the key here?
LYDIA KO: Yeah, I think we played in all sorts of different weather here. Rain, storm, wind, sunshine. For the most part this week we've had really nice weather, which has been a plus.
This course, I think it really thrives when the weather is nice. Obviously because it is pretty slopey. It can get -- it's tough when it's rainy because there is a lot of swell, so I think it's been great that we've had nice weather to be able to celebrate this beautiful place.
Especially when we have sunshine. We can look towards Lake Geneva. There is nothing like it. So, yeah, hopefully the weather gods are with us more for this championship, because this course and Franck and everybody here really deserve that.
Q. And the last thing: It always feel like there is room for improvement with you, no? What things do you think you can improve tomorrow?
LYDIA KO: I think my ball striking was really solid on the first day. It wasn't as good yesterday. Apart from a couple drives, I hit the ball really well.
I've been putting -- could be better, but it's been like solid enough. So I think just -- I know there is a lot of positives, and sometimes when there are positives and things don't go your way you get a little frustrated because you know it could be better.
But at the same, I know it's not too far off. Just staying patient and believing in myself.
