Q. Gemma, great final day to finish the week at Evian.
GEMMA DRYBURGH: Thank you.
Q. How are you feeling?
GEMMA DRYBURGH: Yeah, feeling ecstatic. I think it's definitely my best finish in a major, so to finish on a high with a birdie on last was a bonus as well.
Q. How have you found the past few days? We've had all sorts of conditions. What was it like today?
GEMMA DRYBURGH: Yeah, it was tough. Really windy, quite gusty as well. You kind of had to keep steady and just do one shot at a time as they say.
It was tough out there. Ground it out and got 2-under at the end, so it was good.
Q. The birdies today, talk me through those.
GEMMA DRYBURGH: I birdied the first. Hit it close on the first which was nice.
Trying to remember.
9 I think it is. Yep, hit it close there as well, par-5.
Then birdied 15. Chipped in from the bunker.
And then 18 hit it to like ten feet and holed the putt, so that was quite nice.
Q. How much confidence does that give you going into your home event next week?
GEMMA DRYBURGH: Yeah, lots of confidence. Probably different conditions, windy but maybe a bit of rain it looks like. So looking forward to seeing the home crowds and my family as well.
Q. How good is it to have this European stretch and be back in Europe?
GEMMA DRYBURGH: Yeah, it's great. My family are here this week, so it was nice to have some support and be back in Europe and enjoying the people and the food as well.
