Northern Ireland

Galgorm Castle & Massereene Golf Club

Georgia Hall

Quick Quotes

Q. You've talked about how important the European swing is to you. You had a good finish last week in a major championship at Evian Resort Golf Club. How do you hope to build off of that in Northern Ireland this week?

GEORGIA HALL: Yeah, you know, feeling like I'm playing well at the moment. I always love coming back to the UK, and first time here, so I'm really looking forward to trying to play well this week and have a good result.

Q. What is it about this event that makes it special? Obviously you have the men and women competing, you have some great sponsors, presenting sponsors, title sponsor obviously that's a global organization. From your perspective what really makes this event stand out?

GEORGIA HALL: I think it's the men and women joined is really cool, and to play on the same courses in alternating groups makes it very different, and a very nice change and quite refreshing.

Q. With the Northern Ireland weather, how do you keep your sanity with maybe some starts and stops expected over the first couple days especially?

GEORGIA HALL: Yeah, I mean, like I say, I was supposed to play Massereene yesterday, and I managed two holes before I got called off, so I'll be playing that blind. Hopefully I can get in some holes today on Galgorm. I've just got to stay patient. Yeah, it's the UK; anything can happen.

Q. Between the majors last week and then coming up, we talked about trending and your game kind of finding that sweet spot. Do you feel like you're heading in that direction?

GEORGIA HALL: Yeah, definitely. I've had some very good results, very consistent, as well. Yeah, this is my favorite time of the year playing in Europe, so some big events coming up, and hopefully I can just keep it going.
