Q. Handy total after three rounds. How do you reflect on 54 holes?
JOHN CATLIN: It was kind of up and down. Some good, some not so good. Hung in there really well. Made a few putts today, which was nice. Gave myself a chance going into tomorrow.
That's all you can ask for.
Q. Obviously day didn't get off to the best start with the bogey at 1. You made up for it.
JOHN CATLIN: Yeah, I made a nice birdie there at 2 and I think a couple more to finish off the front.
Then made a couple on the back. Thought I might have made that bunker shot on the last for a three to maybe get in the last group, but we'll see.
Q. Obviously the tournament this week is slightly different. How have you found switching from course to course?
JOHN CATLIN: I think we kind of have to do it. We've got 264 players at the start of the week. You know, you kind of have to spread us out.
I don't mind it. Just means a little more homework on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. Other than that, no, it's fine.
Golf courses have played similar I would say, so tour has done a good job.
Q. You're a man that's won on this venue for the Irish Open. What will you take from that victory a couple years ago that might help tomorrow?
JOHN CATLIN: As soon as I came on property on, would've been Wednesday, I could feel it again. I feel very comfortable around here. This golf course really fits my game.
You have to put it in play off the tee. That's something I've always done very well. I'm usually pretty good around the greens. I feel like if you can do that around here you're always going to have a good chance to shoot a good round.
See what happens tomorrow, but do I love playing around here.
