Q. All right, take me through your round today, some of the maybe highlight birdies for you, best parts of the day.
OLIVIA COWAN: I started off with a bogey and then kind of from there on had three birdies on the front nine, so was 2-under.
And then it got quite tough on the back nine because every hole was kind of into the wind, so just had to keep it steady.
Then I birdied 8, my 17 hole.
Then I got really unlucky on 9. I hit a sprinkler and it jolted over the green into the bush, so I had to take an unplayable and that I it again, so I had to double that.
So I mean, otherwise I probably would've just parred it and brought a 3-under in.
Q. I know last week you had a really good finish at AIG, one of your best major finishes. How much confidence does that give you going into this week?
OLIVIA COWAN: Yeah, a lot of confidence. I mean, I've been playing really well, so just been trying to trust in my game really and that's been working well for me.
I still feel really confident heading into this week.
Q. I remember reading last week you said you were trying not let any of those frustrations get to you. Think you did that today even with the rogue sprinkler head?
OLIVIA COWAN: Yeah, I think that's just kind of my goal going forward really every event. Obviously it gets tough sometimes. You do get a bit frustrated. But just trying to forget it and move on, I think that's the best way to go.
And then good golf will follow.
Q. Last question: Strategies tomorrow on a different course?
OLIVIA COWAN: I think the other course is going to play a little tougher just because it's going to play longer. Because I know it's quite wet out there, so I don't know, yeah, same game plan. Just good mindset and see what happens really.
