Q. First time ever in the Solheim Cup playing with Anna. First of all, what were the thoughts behind that pairing that Suzann told you and what was it like playing with her?
CELINE BOUTIER: Yeah, I'm not sure what was the reasoning, but I always thought we were going to be a great pair, especially in foursomes. And then when we found out the pairings last night, I was just so excited because Anna is such a legend, especially in Solheim Cups.
So I know how tough she is, and she's just so clutch, so I'm so happy that I was able to play with her.
Q. You came out fighting this morning. What was it Suzann said to you after going 6-2 last night?
CELINE BOUTIER: It wasn't really anything major. I feel like we gave away some points yesterday. They did play super solid, but we also have to step up a little bit our game, and just never giving up until the end. I think it was just like making it one match at a time, getting one point at a time, and see how it goes.
Q. How are the energy levels feeling? How is the game feeling for yourself?
CELINE BOUTIER: I'm feeling great. I'm feeling very good about our round this morning with Anna, so hopefully we get a few more points this afternoon and we'll be in good shape.
Q. You have the yellow bananas out there supporting. How nice is it to have them there?
CELINE BOUTIER: Yeah, they're so fun. They're so loud. It's nice to have a few people. It means even more when you have a few supporters against everybody. But they bring a really good energy and some nice chants that are pretty catchy, too, so you start to sing them, too, so it's kind of fun.
