Q. Here with Lindsey Weaver, who just finished up a round of 3-under, 68. Birdie on 18. Great way to finish a round. But new course this week, beautiful course out there. Tell us the story of your day.
LINDSEY WEAVER: Got off to a little bit of a crazy start with all the fog drama, so that was really interesting.
But we had a good group so it was nice to just play with the girls I was playing with and kind of just felt very calm out there.
I know this course is kind of difficult and plays kind of long. Today it didn't as much. But it's a good test, so I think 3-under is a good round. Hopefully I can build on it good tomorrow and the weekend.
Q. Couple birdies out there. Just one bogey. Any good birdies out there? Any good moments that you want to talk about?
LINDSEY WEAVER: I birdied the long par-3, 13. That hole is a little challenging. I hit 7-wood in to like seven feet and made the putt, but it was just past the pin. It was playing 198 today so it was a long hole.
Any time you make a birdie there that's a good one. You're walking away with a good one.
Q. We did have the crazy fog this morning. Certainly weird, but it has turned into the best day we've seen yet.
LINDSEY WEAVER: Yeah.
Q. How is the course? I know we had rain earlier in the week, but is it maybe starting to firm up a little bit?
LINDSEY WEAVER: A little bit. A little. Yeah, plays pretty soft. It's great to go from last week where it was so so firm to bouncing everything just short of the front of the green and letting it roll up to the pin versus now you can attack and be more aggressive.
It is firming up a little bit, but it's nice to play a little softer greens this week.
Q. Like I said, definitely the nicest day we've had so far. We're coming up toward the end of the season. Are you starting to maybe feel a little breath as we get to the end of this crazy year?
LINDSEY WEAVER: Yes. I think this will be my last tournament of the year, so I'm kind of just happy to be out here and just approaching it with a good attitude. I'm looking forward to the off-season.
Q. Before we let you go, any plan of attack for tomorrow? I mean, still got a lot of people to go today, but you had a great round today. Thoughts as you head to the second round tomorrow.
LINDSEY WEAVER: Just try to keep up what I been doing. I hit the ball really well today. Think I missed one green, so just want to keep building on that.
