Quick Quotes

Q. So two days, two solid rounds for you. Good way to start this marathon. How are you feeling right now?

HAYLEE HARFORD: Yeah, I mean, I'm feeling pretty good. Obviously there is so much golf to be played, so to start out under par is, I mean, I'm happy.

Q. Tell me the story of your round. Bunch of birdies out there, couple bogey, but looked like overall a pretty solid day for you.

HAYLEE HARFORD: Yeah, you know, my hitting the back nine definitely improved, but just tried to stay patient and knew that when the bogeys happened that there is a lot of birdies left to happen, too.

HAYLEE HARFORD: Yeah, for sure. Last year, honestly getting to play on Symetra throughout COVID year, just like kind of getting the feel for how tour life is and how the tournaments are ran and just traveling, you know, and managing your time, I've learned so much on Symetra as a player and a person, so I've been really grateful to be there this year.

And was really happy with how I played. I just maybe needed a couple better finishes to get up in there, but happy to be here.

Q. What would it mean if you were to get through these next six rounds and be one of those 45 to reach the LPGA Tour?

HAYLEE HARFORD: It would be a dream come true, as I'm sure everybody out here, we're all striving for the same thing. I would be so happy.

Been dreaming of that since I was a little girl when I started, so...
