Q. So how does it feel to be in Venice, Stage II?
AUSTON KIM: Feels good. I know I've had experience here, so I'm -- you know, honestly it's like you don't want to be back here, of course, but it is what it is.
I'm really excited. My game is feeling good. I've worked pretty hard in the past month at home, so I'm excited.
Q. Being here before, do you think that gives you a little bit of an advantage this week?
AUSTON KIM: Yeah.
Q. Kind of knowing the ropes?
AUSTON KIM: Yeah, absolutely. Like seeing the course, playing it in competition, it gives me an advantage, and experience is definitely necessary here.
Q. And then what are your goals for this week?
AUSTON KIM: Obviously hit fairways and greens and sticking to the process as everyone says.
I'm sticking to the things that I can control and hoping to do my best in everything that I possibly can.
Q. Then I know, like you said, you don't necessarily want to be back here but making the best of the situation. What is your favorite part about Stage II?
AUSTON KIM: I think it's the competition. Brings out the best in everyone. It's just a grind and I love working hard. So that's my favorite part.
