Q. University of Alabama for college golf?
LAKAREBER ABE: Yes.
Q. What years did you play again?
LAKAREBER ABE: 2014-2018.
Q. Okay. What is your career-best finish? If you don't know that, you can just tell me what you're most proud of so far in your career.
LAKAREBER ABE: I think it's a third.
Oh, you want me to keep going?
Q. If you can tell me what you're most proud of too, that would being great.
LAKAREBER ABE: I think just kind of like fighting back from a really rough year a couple years ago and just getting myself through that like really rough time. That would be it.
Q. And then do you know your career-best round?
LAKAREBER ABE: No.
Q. Okay. No worries. Why did you decide to pursue professional golf as a career and why do you keep coming out here and playing every week and doing your thing?
LAKAREBER ABE: Yeah, as tough as it can be, I like the challenge, like the grind. I love competing against the girls and just having a great time with my friends, yeah, out here.
Q. And then what are your hobbies outside of golf?
LAKAREBER ABE: I like to cook a lot. Recently got into baking. I would say I read a lot when I'm on the road.
Q. Do you have any favorite recipes to make?
LAKAREBER ABE: Well, Abby Arevalo has been like helping me try to make chicken adobo, try I try quite often, so like that's my favorite right now.
Q. Favorite book?
LAKAREBER ABE: Oh.
Q. I know that's a hard question. Especially for the readers.
LAKAREBER ABE: Favorite book.
Q. Or author. Either works.
LAKAREBER ABE: I don't have a favorite author. I read Bee Water (phonetic) like six months ago by I think Sara Lee. I really enjoyed that. So maybe that one.
Q. If you weren't a professional golfer what did you think you would be doing?
LAKAREBER ABE: I don't know. Bother Jillian and Michael. (Laughter.)
What would I do? I don't know. Maybe be an accountant. I have no idea.
