Q. Here with Javaree Boonchant and Gina Kim. Just got your status; finished in the top 45 and ties here at Q Series. What are some of your emotions you're feeling right now?
JAVAREE BOONCHANT: Just very happy and very proud of myself and my caddie that we fought hard through the past two weeks and eight rounds.
Yeah, I'm just very happy with how we finish and, yeah, just feels surreal.
Q. Gina, what was it like to watch your friend get LPGA Tour status and be out there with you next year?
GINA KIM: Oh, my God, like just putting it that way, you know, it's hard to put into words. That's the reason why I came out here, to help her, because I wanted to bring her along with me to the LPGA Tour.
I couldn't be more proud of her.
Q. Javaree, obviously the Thai LPGA legion has had a lot of success on tour this year, watching Atthaya Thitikul, what she's doing, and all the other players out there. What does it mean for you to be able to add your name to that list of Thai players on the LPGA Tour?
JAVAREE BOONCHANT: I'm just very excited for the next season, and just going to keep working hard and do my best, and hopefully I can get my name up there with them, too.
Q. How much did you lean on Gina this week and the experience that she brings as a caddie, both at Q-Series and from her LPGA Tour career?
JAVAREE BOONCHANT: A lot. (Laughter.) I keep asking Gina questions that probably shouldn't be asked on the course, but she was really helpful and very supportive, and she honestly was like the one who kind of put me in place and shape my thought and my mental game.
I'm really thankful for that.
Q. Gina, what did you think about her play this week and what were you telling her specifically really just to keep her in check?
GINA KIM: Her game is probably the most stable I've ever seen, and even in a high-pressure situation like this. So I had no doubt that she was going to make it through, and not just make it through, absolutely excel.
So honestly, the only things I told her is, you're going to be more than fine. Just trust it. Just swing it and let it happen. Don't try to do anything crazy. It's going to happen, so let's just keep waiting for it.
And it turned out great.
Q. Just walk me through your round today. I know the last 18 here are always nervy. Obviously the pin position on is really hard so the last hole is always challenging. Just take me through your round today.
JAVAREE BOONCHANT: Well, today I just try to stick to the plan and just play how I've been playing for the past like seven days. Just aim at safe spot, put it on the green, give myself a birdie chance, and just putt, and hopefully it went in.
Q. How long have you been dreaming of this moment and that LPGA Tour card?
JAVAREE BOONCHANT: Well, ever since I turn pro, yeah, I've been wanting to be able to play on the LPGA. Today it's happened, so, yeah.
GINA KIM: I've been dreaming it for a long time. I want my best buddy to be out here with me. Maybe it's a selfish reason of mine, but I was like, I'm going to help her and we're going to go travel together next year. I'm going to make it happen.
Well, she made to happen, but it was just great to be able to watch it firsthand and see her succeed.
