Q. Here with Ellinor Sudow. Take it all in. Got an LPGA Tour card. In the top 20 right now. Category 14 status. Pretty solid for next year. What are you feeling? I can see the tears welling up.
ELLINOR SUDOW: No, it's a lot. It's so cool. I'm sorry. No, it's just a dream. It's so cool. I don't know what to say. It's just it's a dream come true.
I mean, I went here first stage and I was going in with no idea what to expect. Just to make it through every single stage and stand here possibly top 20 and have a pretty good status for next year, it's so cool. It's surreal.
Q. When you hear your name and then LPGA Tour rookie, what do you think?
ELLINOR SUDOW: That's so cool. I don't know. I have no words for it. It's just really, really cool. It's just going to be a lot of fun.
Q. Get away from the emotion. Let's talk golf. Shot a 64 yesterday to really vault up the leaderboard. Played again super well today. What did you find here this week that you hadn't had in maybe other stages?
ELLINOR SUDOW: No, just starting to be a little bit more comfortable on the greens and see it as opportunities. Not being scared of anything, just go up there and take advantage of it. Good speed kind of all week long. I didn't have a lot of three-putts. One yesterday with a bogey, but other than that, it's just good speed.
I started to strike my irons really, really well. Also my driver, just finding some distance with it. So yesterday I had wedges in on almost every single hole, and of course that's going to help, especially on these greens where you want to be in the perfect spots. Then you leave yourself some uphill putts, short ones.
So yesterday it was cool. It was fun. It was easy to play golf yesterday; not as easy today.
Q. Well, regardless, still have that card in hand. Let's be real, you just turned professional.
ELLINOR SUDOW: Yes.
Q. To have this much success this early, what does that tell you about where your game is and where it stacks up? This field was no joke. There is a lot of really talented players here.
ELLINOR SUDOW: Yeah, no, I mean, I've known that I had a lot golf in me. I've not been able to prove it yet to everybody else. I've seen it in practice, and just taking that out from the practice to a tournament, and here we are. I got a lot in me, so I'm excited for next year.
Q. Then finally, I always like to ask some of our countries that are more well represented on the LPGA Tour. Sweden, what a history. I mean, Sorenstam, Liselotte Neumann, players now like Anna Nordqvist. How much have you looked up to them and how excited are you to be out there alongside players like Anna next year?
ELLINOR SUDOW: It's unbelievable. Like I don't know any of them, but just for me they've been role models. Like I don't know any of them personally. I've never been part of the Swedish Golf Team because Sweden is so good. I'm just one of everybody else. Now just being out there and making my name I'm part of that group now.
It's just awesome. People can look up to me. Just here having a lot of girls just follow me signing some balls and gloves and everything, it's something that I -- I mean, I did that when I was young. Just walking around and being inside the ropes now, it's really, really cool and, again, yeah, exciting.
