Q. Jess, two total for the tournament. Puts you in a good spot going forward. Talk about your round today. How were things going out there? What was the mindset headed into the final round?
JESSICA PORVASNIK: Just to stay patient. I haven't hit the ball well really all week. I finally like early -- late in the back nine I would say today I kind of got something going and was like, okay, giving myself a few more opportunities and made a couple putts coming in, which was nice because I hadn't rolled the ball well all week either.
It was nice to see some putts go in. Unfortunately missed a short one on the second-to-last hole. Hopefully that won't cost me.
Q. Been to Stage II a couple times. How much experience does it play into --
JESSICA PORVASNIK: Definitely.
Q. -- putting in a solid performance?
JESSICA PORVASNIK: Yeah, you got to know both courses in and out. I feel like I've almost got in the same spots and I'm like, why am I here. I know not to be here. So definitely course knowledge is key out here.
Q. Talk about your experience on the Epson Tour and how it's prepared you for this week.
JESSICA PORVASNIK: Definitely has prepared me. I think leading up with such a long stretch coming in was kind of hard for us players who didn't have a break coming into this, so you just kind of got to grind with what you got. It's different people coming from Stage I. They haven't played probably since Stage I.
It definitely prepares us in that way. We're constantly playing every week and just going right into Stage II.
Q. With this being a no-cut event, is it a different mindset when you know you have four rounds to work with?
JESSICA PORVASNIK: Yeah, it was kind of nice to have the early round today. Just go out there, and it might get windy in the afternoon, might not. We lucked out with the morning wave. Didn't have much wind. I think the four rounds is nice. You know you're never out of it.
