Q. Here after the fourth round of Q-Series; fourth day 67. Walk us through your round and maybe some of the several birdies you had out there.
ALINE KRAUTER: Yeah, super solid round. I've been struggling a little bit with my irons the last couple days and then we obviously had the day off, so that didn't really help with me getting any practice in.
Today was a lot better. A lot of great shots. I hit a couple close. I rolled in a couple good putts today which definitely obviously enabled me to make a couple birdies.
Couple the par-5s were sort of reachable so you got super close or hit a wedge close. Made a birdie there.
So, yeah, overall just really solid, really steady round. Yeah, after my bogeys I made a birdie so that worked out well.
Q. So you were a 2023 rookie this year. At the end of the year what did you learn most about yourself throughout the process this year?
ALINE KRAUTER: I think after every down there is going to be an up, and vice versa obviously. It ebbs and flows. I think just that you're going to get through anything.
Yeah, I've just felt like I've been really strong this year on and off the golf course, so I feel like I learned that about myself.
Q. Anything you kind of adjusted in your game mentally or physically throughout this year to adapt to some of the highs and lows?
ALINE KRAUTER: I think mentally for sure. I'm thinking less about the cut the more I play which, is obviously great. That was the main focus beginning of the season, which obviously didn't really help with scores. Just makes it harder on yourself.
So, yeah, just I think thinking less about the cut. Mentally I've been working a lot and I'm seeing a lot of changes.
I think game-wise pretty much where it was last year. Pretty similar.
Q. Speaking of last year, you played really well here last year. Anything that did for your confidence headed into this week, just comfortability with the location and place we are at?
ALINE KRAUTER: Yeah, for sure. It's always nice to know the golf course. Even on the LPGA, if you have been somewhere it's always nice to go back and feel comfortable and know your way around. Especially golf courses obviously.
So I think just that, returning to a place you played at that you know you played well at is obviously really nice to have.
