Q. I know not the final round you wanted, but still really solid week out here at The Chevron Championship. How much confidence does this give you heading into the rest of the season?
STEPHANIE MEADOW: Yeah, definitely two really good weeks in a row. Just bad back nine there. Didn't really feel like I did a whole a lot wrong. Couple three-putts and hit a drive 50 yards by hitting a tree and a couple really bad lipouts.
Overall obviously really stings right now because I would've really liked that top 20. It's still a great start and I'm excited that I've trending in the right direction.
Q. As somebody that was on the outside looking in last season, pretty much on the inside looking out.
STEPHANIE MEADOW: Yeah, yeah.
Q. How good does that feel?
STEPHANIE MEADOW: Yeah, it just changes your season when you can get off to a good start. Makes everything less stressful and just gives you confidence to get rolling.
With things starting to heat up and then going to Hawaii and then two in California, it's time to get on a roll and play good.
So, yeah, I mean, it's far better to play well early than play well late.
