Q. All right, Brooke a really solid day to finish things up here. Some great shots. Great shot on 8; great putt on 9; nice approach on 16. How do you feel about the day?
BROOKE HENDERSON: Today was a great day. I would've liked to get a couple more. I think everyone always finishes thinking they could have got a couple more. To shoot minus-4 today, give myself a lot of really good looks, and make that really clutch putt on No. 9 was a lot of the fun.
The crowds have just been so amazing. I just feel so loved and it's been incredible feeling.
Q. How do you feel about your game as you leave here? It seems to get better every single day.
BROOKE HENDERSON: For sure. I feel like I'm right there. Great days like yesterday and today, total minus-7, so if I cleaned up the first two days a little bit I could have been right in the mix which would've been even more fun.
I am right there and I feel like I can take a lot of positives and confidence from this weekend. I'm excited to play in Paris in a few weeks.
Q. Tell us about that. How will you preparing? How will you get yourself ready? What's the schedule?
BROOKE HENDERSON: Yeah, where the game's at right now I feel like we just got to keep making things a little bit more consistent, fine tune a couple things.
It's nice to have an off week, go home, and work with my coach, my dad, and my sister is also coming home, so it'll be a big team togetherness trying to figure it all out and make sure I'm in the best shape possible going into Paris.
Q. What does it look like when you get to Paris? Will you get a few tips from Corey and Nick?
BROOKE HENDERSON: Yep. Hopefully. I'm hoping they'll have a yardage book full for me, but we'll see.
Excited to be able to watch a little bit of the men's final round and hopefully see how the course is playing a little bit, what the conditions are.
Just do the regular prep after that and tee it up on Wednesday.
Q. You spend a lot of time at the Amundi Evian; when you're there, you do love the crepes. I want to give a number. Five and a half, will you eat more or fewer crepes when you get to Paris?
BROOKE HENDERSON: Well, if there a cafe as good as the one at Evian then it'll definitely be more.
Q. That's good fuel, isn't it?
BROOKE HENDERSON: Yeah, absolutely.
Q. Here with Brooke Henderson. Brooke, saved the best for last. How would you sum up your round today?
BROOKE HENDERSON: It was a really fun day out there. The crowds were so incredible all week. Today I just felt so much love and incredible feeling. I would've liked to make a couple more birdies, but to make five and shoot 4-under today was a lot of fun.
Really gained a lot of confidence and momentum for the next couple weeks.
Q. Maybe some questionable tone of O, Canada on 17, but when that happens and there is so much love for you, how does that feel?
BROOKE HENDERSON: Yeah, you know, I just like get goosebumps. It's sort of hard to hit your tee shot after that, after they sing it twice to you, but it's so good. It's so cool. I just can't thank the fans enough just for all their love and support. Whether I'm playing at home or not, they're always behind me and I know that.
CPKC Women's Open showcases it on a whole 'nother level, and it's just an incredible feeling for me.
Q. Speaking of fan support, next stop, Paris Olympics. What are you going be doing next week and how much are you looking forward to your return to the Olympics?
BROOKE HENDERSON: Yeah, so training this week trying to make sure my game is in good form. I feel like I can take a lot of positives from this weekend. Feel like I played better almost every day.
Just getting the ball striking back to where I'm used to and seeing a couple putts fall, so definitely all going in the right direction.
And next week I'll work with my coach and my sister, caddie, and we will get it all hopefully clicking and all set for Paris.
