Q. Solid day today. A little bit different than yesterday. I know the conditions were a little bit easier today. How did you find the golf course?
NELLY KORDA: Yeah, I played pretty well. Just made a couple mistakes. But overall I think I played solid. I had five birdies, and it's kind of tough out here. These greens get really tough. Overall a solid day, beat the golf course, and going to try to give it my all tomorrow and see how it goes.
Q. Any of those birdies stand out?
NELLY KORDA: I hit it really close on No. 9, but it's kind of hard to birdie out here, so wherever you can get a chance and you roll one in, it feels good.
Q. You're going to have to do something tomorrow, make a run. What's the plan for that kind of stuff? I know everybody is like, do you attack more, but what's the game plan?
NELLY KORDA: It's difficult because I feel like on a golf course like this, if you attack more, you leave yourself putts above the pin, and then you have downhill putts, so then it's a little difficult. Trying to stay aggressive but keep myself some good looks at birdie is going to be key. But this is a tough golf course. You can get into a lot of trouble really, really fast, so just being aware of sticking to a routine and sticking to a plan is going to be very important.
