Q. Certainly not the finish you wanted, but how proud are you to have just performed well throughout the week on this course?
CHEYENNE KNIGHT: Yeah, not the day I wanted today. I just didn't play that well. But yeah, I mean, I haven't been in contention in a while, so just learned from it. My game is right there. Just use this as a learning experience and just take it into the next few events.
Q. Certainly your best finish of this season, but you've had some other really good finishes this season. What's the best part of your game that you've seen trending upward this season?
CHEYENNE KNIGHT: I think my ball-striking has gotten a lot better. I think I've always been a good putter, and I've done a lot of work with my short game. If I do miss the greens I can save par, which before I didn't really have those opportunities to save par.
I think just focusing on the little things and just trending in the right direction.
Q. Can you take us through maybe some of the challenges you had out there today on the course specifically?
CHEYENNE KNIGHT: Yeah, I bogeyed 1. I didn't hit a good drive. I honestly probably hit like two loose shots today that cost me. Well, let's say three bad shots, on 1, 4 and 15. Other than that, I played really well. I thought I handled my nerves pretty good.
Yeah, just a bad swing on 15 that cost me. I wanted to go for the green, and I went for it the other day it was up, and it was just a bad swing.
Q. I know it's been a few years since your first win on the Tour. What have you sort of learned since then? I know that was your rookie season and you've learned a lot since then. What do you remember from that experience that you take into these in-contention opportunities?
CHEYENNE KNIGHT: Yeah, winning out here is hard. You've got to kind of all put it together for four rounds, and I've done it before. Yeah, gosh, it's been three years since I've even been in contention really. Just knowing I can do it, and I wish I would have gotten it done today, but I learn from being in this position, so we'll just take that going forward.
Q. Where will we see you next and what can we expect from you?
CHEYENNE KNIGHT: I'll be at Founders Cup, and I'll be in Vegas and I'll be at Mizuho, so looking forward to that. Going to go home for a few days and rest a little bit. It's been a long week this week with the major last week, so just going to get some rest.
