Q. All right, Nasa, a fun front nine for you to start off today. What was the game plan going into moving day?
NASA HATAOKA: You know, it's early tee time so greens a little bit smoother than afternoon tee time.
So I was keep doing same routine and my putting was great today.
Q. What were some of the most memorable birdies on that front nine?
NASA HATAOKA: Front nine, No. 3 was long birdie putt, about 20 feet. It was good birdie.
Q. How important is it to know and read these greens?
NASA HATAOKA: You know, still bumpy, was already bumpy this morning, so I just trying to do good speed and good start line, yeah.
Q. What did it mean to see that eagle happen?
NASA HATAOKA: It was direct in the hole, so it was good aim.
Q. What was the game plan on that hole? What club did you use?
NASA HATAOKA: Third shot I hit 58 degree.
Q. Nice. Being a past champion here, how much does your experience at Wilshire help you?
NASA HATAOKA: You know, I like -- I really like this golf course and I have to focus on my game. More birdie tomorrow.
Q. 18 I know was a bogey. How satisfying was it as a bogey just knowing that the winds were swirling and you were able to make that long putt on 18?
NASA HATAOKA: Yeah, I thought it was just left to right and touch help wind but it was blowing hard after I hit so just unlucky.
But it was good save for bogey.
Q. When did it feel like your game was clicking out there today?
NASA HATAOKA: I hit it good last couple days but I couldn't make my birdie chances. But my stroke is better today, so I just focus on my putting stroke and it works good.
Q. And I heard about a dinner you had earlier this week. How much fun was that?
NASA HATAOKA: Yeah, Danielle invite me Korean barbecue. It was so much fun. We really enjoyed dinner.
Q. How has it been returning to a place where you have good memories? What is it like returning to a place where you have good memories?
NASA HATAOKA: Good memories?
Q. Yeah. What is that like? What does that mean to you?
NASA HATAOKA: You know, golf game a sometimes too tough, but I need to enjoy the food or town, so that really good.
Q. What will you focus on heading into the final day?
NASA HATAOKA: You know, I just keep doing same thing. Hit on the green and make that putt.
