Q. Here with Gabi Ruffels after her round today. Just talk about how you felt like you played.
GABRIELA RUFFELS: Yeah, it was tough out there. It was definitely a grind. Kind of missed a few fairways, especially the front nine.
But made some really good up and downs and made a good up and down on the last, which felt good. Yeah, kind of grinded out a score today which I'm proud of.
Q. How do you use that last hole and looking at some of the positives to carry into the weekend?
GABRIELA RUFFELS: For sure. No, I finished really well. The back nine was a lot more solid. Yeah, hopefully I can kind of continue that play on the weekend.
Q. And any thoughts headed into the weekend now that you have seen the course twice?
GABRIELA RUFFELS: Yeah, no, it's tough out there. I mean, as you can see, first two rounds scores aren't super low. I mean, just trying to hit a lot of fairways and greens and I feel like that will do well out there.
Q. As a former amateur, to be paired with a junior, AJGAer tomorrow, what do you think that experience will be like, and maybe anything you're kind of hoping to show them when you play with them?
GABRIELA RUFFELS: Yeah, it'll be really cool. I mean, these girls, I was kind of in their shoes maybe, I don't know, five, six, seven years ago now. Getting old.
But, no, yeah, I feel like it'll be cool to talk to them and maybe give them some insight about life on tour or kind of treat them as I would have wanted to be treated if I was in that situation playing with a pro.
So it'll be fun and I'm excited to see who I'm paired with.
