Q. Steph, it seems since the double bogey in the second round you have come out firing on all cylinders. What do you think has clicked over the last two days for you?
STEPHANIE MEADOW: Just hit really solid iron shots and hit the fairways, gave myself a ton of opportunities, and made some putts.
Just stayed really patient and trying to get comfortable about being way under par, and doing the same thing and not being too perfectionistic.
Q. This course can be gettable, and we've seen low scores like yours today. What was the mindset gearing up for the final day here in China?
STEPHANIE MEADOW: Yeah, kind of knew people would make moves today. I knew I had to kind of keep up. Started off really strong, 4-under on the front, and then it was really nice to finish with two birdies there on 17.
17 a kind of an easier hole today, par-5, but 18 was a really good birdie. Yeah, great way to finish the first week in Asia.
Q. Two bogey-free rounds to close out the tournament. What kind of confidence does that give you in your play moving forward in this Asian swing?
STEPHANIE MEADOW: It's huge. It's one thing to make birdies, but it's also a huge thing to not be making bogeys. It wasn't like I was scrambling all over the place. I was just giving myself -- hitting greens and hitting good putts and having a lot of tap-ins.
So it's pretty stress-free golf, which is really lovely.
Q. This is a huge week for a lot of people in the Race to the CME Globe. I know you're a CME ambassador. I know a lot of people's goal is to make that championship.
STEPHANIE MEADOW: Yeah.
Q. Strong week here has really solidified you up the Race to CME. How does that make you feel?
STEPHANIE MEADOW: It's great. Obviously being sponsored by CME, the last thing I want to do is not be there. Terry, I want to be there for Terry. I know Sarah has played really well last week in Texas and I saw that and I was like, all right, come on.
So, you know, just trying to make them proud because they do so much for us and the tour in general. Hopefully I can keep plucking along here and make my way in.
