Q. Okay, here with Ashley Lau after final round of the Maybank Championship. Been an interesting day today.
ASHLEY LAU: Yeah, just a very slow day. Didn't really make a lot of putts. But, yeah, just happy with the way I finished today.
Q. And obviously a little tournament within a tournament, you and Mirabel battling out for top Malaysian. How was that?
ASHLEY LAU: Yeah, I think it was great we were both paired together. There was a lot of crowds out there. Yeah, I was just playing my game; I'm sure she was playing her game.
I don't think there is really a need to compare both of us. Yeah, I'm glad she played great, so, yeah, I think this is a good exposure for the both of us.
Q. Were there any missed birdie opportunity?
ASHLEY LAU: There were a couple, yeah. I missed a couple 10-, 12-footers. You're not always going to make all of them, so, yeah.
Q. Can I ask from this week what can you take away from for your upcoming Q-Series?
ASHLEY LAU: That I can maybe compete out here and be with the top players, so gives me a lot of confidence knowing that I can also do this.
Q. So what's next?
ASHLEY LAU: Q-Series, yeah.
Q. Probably not had enough time to reflect on the whole week, but this is your best finish on LPGA. The money isn't too bad either. Just your thoughts on that.
ASHLEY LAU: I think, again, great exposure. Hopefully just shines a path on maybe this could be what I do in the future. Hopefully next year. But I think, yeah, just great confidence booster going to Q-Series.
