Q. Here with Wei-Ling. Hole-in-one on No. 11. Talk through the shot, what it looked like, how it felt, all the fun stuff.
WEI-LING HSU: So when we got to that hole it was really into the wind, so it was like a 120 kind of shot.
But all of the sudden the wind is strong, like really, really strong, like stronger than the past four days.
So we are first of all think about like 125 but it feel like really, really strong. So me and my caddie just decided to hit a 135 shot with the 8-iron. Soon as hit it it landed perfectly.
I was like, you know, I never had a hole-in-one on the LPGA, so I don't -- I just feel like that is not my thing. So even though the ball was really, really close I still don't feel like it will make it.
So when I see the ball disappear I was like, oh, my God, I actually got my first hole-in-one on the LPGA.
Q. Was there a lot of fan reaction, people watching, from your group?
WEI-LING HSU: Yeah, they were all yelling so it was kind of cool. I'm yelling, too.
Q. How many have you had in your career? Not just on the LPGA. Do you know?
WEI-LING HSU: Well, I never had a hole-in-one tournament.
Q. Okay.
WEI-LING HSU: Of course practice maybe few times, four, five times, but nothing in tournament.
So this will be my number one.
Q. Awesome. And with every hole-in-one there is a donation done by CME to St. Jude's. Not sure if you heard about it. $20,000. Now with your hole-in-one we've reached $520,000. What does it mean to hear something like that?
WEI-LING HSU: So like I said earlier, I don't really feel like that's my thing, so it's so happy to be part of it and that actually my good performance can help somebody.
It's definitely mean more than just a hole-in-one.
Q. Just talk about the week you've had as a whole. You put together some really good rounds in this event.
WEI-LING HSU: Yeah, the first two round I play really well. I think I got a little bit thinking too much about yesterday and also the front nine of today, try to force, make it even better.
But when I make the turn I was like, you know what? I play good golf the first two round. I just need to just take my bases, like try to remind myself what is simple golf part instead of trying to be too complicated and too much thinking.
I think when I make the turn I had a good turn, so I think that's why I can make another couple good iron shot into the green on the back.
Q. Couple events remaining. What are you looking forward to most in the last stretch?
WEI-LING HSU: So after like Paris, like Olympic, I was set my goal get to go CME. So I always like really working hard for these couple Asian events and the next couple coming up.
So I think that's still my goal, wanting to play the final event at the CME. So I mean, it's still my goal right now. I'm going to keep working hard.
