Q. Jenny, excellent playing; 6-under par. First of all, got to ask you about the birdie on the last. How on earth did you make three from there?
JENNY SHIN: I've been here many times. I've seen that putt many times. Yeah, it was about a three and a half breaker. Soon as I hit it, halfway there kind of knew I made it; kind of walked it in.
Really great feeling.
Q. Got your parents here this week. Can't imagine they come and watch you too often. Is that relaxing for you?
JENNY SHIN: No. I'm nervous when my parents are watching. Yeah, my only purpose this week is to not disappoint them. I think I did a pretty good job today.
Q. I would agree with that. 66 today; 6-under par. You lead the Tour in round one scoring average. What is your mentality on Thursdays? Is it different to any other round?
JENNY SHIN: Yeah, first day is always different than being in contention on a Sunday. Definitely there is expectations.
And, yeah, just curious to see what I'm capable of compared to like being curious to see what I'll shoot.
You know, it's a very fine line but it's pretty big difference.
