Q. All right, welcome Lauren Coughlin to the media center at the FM Championship. Just tell me a little about the day today up did it feel like a good day. Feel super hard out there, overall impressions.
LAUREN COUGHLIN: Yeah, I hit a lot of greens but I don't feel like I hit a lot of good golf shots, but they kind of ended up in some okay spots and made a couple putts.
Yeah, but I think overall it wasn't my best but I was able to get a good score out of it.
Q. You said on Wednesday or Tuesday when we talked to you, I don't remember which day, you said earlier this week you didn't expect your second win to come so quickly. Would you expect your third to come even so quickly after that?
LAUREN COUGHLIN: No. But I'm not going to be trying to worry about that too much tomorrow. Just going to try to -- definitely feeling a little tired, and so just trying to kind of preserve as much energy as I have, which is all I can do. Focus on what I can control, which is me.
So that's really all I'm going to be thinking about tomorrow.
Q. With the lead having closed a lot since yesterday's round, do you feel like you can go out there and chase a lot tomorrow? Is this a course where you can do that?
LAUREN COUGHLIN: Yeah, I don't think it's a course that you can chase a lot because it can bite you pretty quickly if you let it. Certainly will be holes and pin locations you can get to and go after. It's going to be only certain ones.
I feel like it's same thing that I've been doing, minimizing any type of mistake and hoping I can get a couple in here and there.
Q. Fun fact for you: you're the only player that has shot all three rounds in the 60s. Does that seem impressive here? I know this course has been playing super tough.
LAUREN COUGHLIN: Yeah, it's always a good thing when you can shoot under par and always a good thing when you can shoot in the 60s. Yeah, I think what I've been doing really well is shoot consistently good scores. Nothing super crazy low or anything, but just super consistent.
So, yeah.
Q. It's one thing to be a champion. Does it feel interesting, different to be an inaugural champion, to potentially have your name as the first to win a new event?
LAUREN COUGHLIN: Yeah, I think that's kind of cool. You know, to be the first at anything is always really cool and special. Yeah, that would be pretty awesome.
