Q. Min Woo, nice round. You got yourself into contention. What did you do well out there today?
MIN WOO LEE: Yeah, I think I did everything pretty well. Didn't put myself in trouble and had a lot of birdie putts, so it was good. Obviously the rain came now and then and you just try to hit good shots.
Didn't drive it overly that well today, but hit my irons and putted really good, so that helped me.
But nothing too crazy today. Just solid.
Q. Do you think it's kind of odd or is there any reason that the only internationals sort of up there in the top of the leaderboard right now are three Australians?
MIN WOO LEE: No. I think I guess we thrive off each other. Scotty is obviously one of the best ball striker's so it's going to suit him -- any course is going to suit him -- but it really highlights iron play, and he's obviously really good at that.
Not sure what Cam finished up on, but, yeah, he's played well, too. It's good to see. I think he's had a rough couple weeks, so nice to see him on the leaderboard.
Q. Can you talk through the eagle.
MIN WOO LEE: Yeah, well, we waited like 10, 15 minutes for this tee to clear. There was a bit of a holdup.
So I was a little nervous on that tee shot. Hit a nice one right of the back left bunker. Hit a 6-iron it 35 feet, which was kind of a scary putt, but I ended up draining it and it was a really good. I felt like I deserved that one because there was a lot putts that I just missed, so it was nice to steal that one.
Q. Is this a course that kind of fits your eye, and does it remind you of anywhere else?
MIN WOO LEE: I mean, I feel like kind of the same, similar play style to like Sawgrass. Hit a lot of 2-irons and irons off the tee and you kind of got to play shots, which I really love.
It's not just driver everywhere. You got to kind of put yourself in the right spots.
So not necessarily remind me of a course, but I feel like Sawgrass was something like that. Hit a lot of 2-irons and kind of got to play shapes.
Q. Thoughts heading into the weekend?
MIN WOO LEE: It will be nice. Hopefully the weather holds up and I keep playing good golf. Just got to keep myself rested and not feel too tired coming into the weekend.
